About me

I'm Pradeesh Karunaprakash, a Senior Project & Risk Control Manager. Eight years of project controls, risk and change management on capital-intensive programmes: a €175M Novo Nordisk pharmaceutical site, the Verkor gigafactory, battery cell industrialisation at ACC. I also carry cost control and contract support experience, so the forecast and the contract position stay connected.

I report to General Management, Finance and Operations, and to investor steering committees as the board-level risk referent. My job is to make exposure visible early enough to act on — €10M+ in savings at Verkor, 30% less cost exposure, €500K+ of mitigation value at Novo Nordisk. PRINCE2, AgilePM and CAPM certified; bilingual English and French.
